I've finally had an opportunity to implement JoomFish on a friend's site. Alchemy Counseling - he's a therapist who's fluent in Spanish.
It's a very small site at the moment but I've seen enough of JoomFish to know what it can do. Very powerful tool. Seems to me the UI could use some work but I'm not 100% sure what I'd do. There's a lot of options so it's not easy to figure out what to expose and what to focus on UI-wise.
